Make sure you check your paper before you buy it they may not have coupons. At all..Home deliveries first then if any is left they use them in stores. If anyone is stealing them shame on you.

I take it you had a bad experience. I am sorry. I agree that it is very sad that someone has to steal the coupons out of someone elses paper.
